Shipping Policy

All of our clothing and printed accessory items are made just for you upon order so this takes some time. Most orders are completed, shipped and received within 10 business days but sometimes it can take a bit longer. If you have any questions about an item in particular, contact us.

*Please note that Cross Body Bags take a little longer to create and ship. Normal order to arrival time is 14 business days.

All orders are sent out via trackable method.

Return & Exchange Policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
BxLatina does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations since all items are made to order and set up once an order is placed. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order and we will do our best to make it right. We want you to be happy!

Since all of our products are made to order, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless items are damaged by BxLatina. If you have a question regarding sizing, please contact us before ordering.

DAMAGES
In the unlikely chance that you should receive damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s), please contact us within 5 business days of the confirmed order delivery date and we will do our best to assist you. If the damage is due to BxLatina we will cover a new item and shipping, but must be reported within 5 days of delivery date.
